Booking Policies & Information

  • Deposit is non-refundable and secures the agreed date.
  • Full balance is due before final delivery.
  • Promo applies to bookings secured from 1 September to 31 December 2026, subject to availability.

  • Travel outside the agreed location, extra event days, extra frames and other add-ons are quoted separately.
  • Digital delivery is through Google Drive or another agreed platform.
